Ms. Alphonso has over fifteen years of experience in human resources leadership roles in a variety of industries to include hospitality, non-profit, high-tech manufacturing, fintech, and consulting. Prior to delving into human resources, she worked in leadedrship roles in operations management for larger companies such as the Walt Disney World Resort, Sodexho, Panera Bread, and Morrison Management Specialists. She brings with her an appreciation for understanding the operational aspects of different compandfies and a law degree obtained at night while working full-time as a human resources manager. These two items provide her with a unique perspective from other HR consultants with a more traditional HR background to provide consultive human resources guidance that will work ZTS’ clients. Her employer experience ranges from global publicly traded companies to private companies of around one hundred employees. Although Laura has worked with multiple large employers, she prefers to partner with smaller employers in the private sector.Additionally, she has experience with companies that are federal contractors. Her focus is to maximize productivity through strategic workforce planning, training, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining compliance while fostering a collaborative, engaging, and company cultures where employees feel valued.
